Welcome to the Trinity Centre for the Environment
Originally established in 1979 as the Environmental Sciences Unit, the Trinity Centre for the Environment continues to encourage and facilitate interdisciplinary research and teaching in all aspects of the environment. The Centre is home to a number of research groups funded by a wide range of Local and State Agencies as well as the European Union. Centre staff also act as consultants for numerous state and semi-state bodies and private companies. A number of academic and research staff, including postgraduate students, are based in the Centre.
The Centre hosts the postgraduate MSc Environmental Science and MSc Biodiversity and Conservation courses. The School also offers an undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences which is closely linked to the activities of the Centre.

Alumni and Friends of the Trinity Centre for the Environment (1979-2012)
We would like to hear from all our past students and researchers who have been associated with the Environmental Sciences Unit and now the Centre for the Environment so that we can keep in contact with you and post your details on our website. Please contact Nick Gray or Norman Allott. We have just started to put together a database of our past students and would welcome your help in tracking everyone down.
