Cessation and Suspension of Postgraduate Courses
Requests for discontinuation of postgraduate programmes, having the support of the School Committee, the School Executive and the Faculty Dean, must be presented to the Graduate Studies Committee (GSC) prior to being considered by the University Council for its final decision. Comments emanating from GSC will accompany the cessation proposal to Council.
Requests for discontinuation must be made on the designated form and submitted to the GSC Secretary at least two working weeks before the relevant GSC meeting. A copy of the form can be downloaded

Requests for suspension of postgraduate programmes must be made on the designated form. A copy of the form can be downloaded
here. The Faculty Dean and Head of School must approve the suspension of the programme by signing the form.
