RTE Radio One - The Increasing Diversity of Students at Third Level.

Emma McNamara from RTE Radio One interviewed Hugh O'Callaghan, a first year student in the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities about his experience on the newly accredited Level 5 Certificate in Arts, Science and Inclusive Applied Practice. Hugh spoke about how he feels the course prepares students for the workforce upon graduation.

Emma also spoke with Rod McManus in Bank of Ireland, one of the Business Partners of the TCPID about Bank of Ireland's inclusive recruitment policies and how it benefits the staff involved to have a student or graduate with intellectual disabilities on work placement with them. The positive experience of the Bank of Ireland team was further supported by Trinity graduate Kieran Biddulph who completed his work placement with Bank of Ireland earlier this year.
