					Research Fellow- Debra is a researcher with 20+ years’ experience in healthcare policy, organisational change, and community-based work with marginalised groups. 					Dr. Iryna Mazhak
					Research Fellow - Dr. Iryna Mazhak, a CARAMEL  research fellow, has over 10 years of research and teaching experience in  medical sociology, women’s health, the social determinants of health  inequalities, and migrant health. She holds an MPA and a PhD in Medical  Sociology and is experienced in mixed methods research.

					Ms Aoife Troy
					Research Assistant - Aoife assists with National Clinical Guideline No. 21 on psychotropic prescribing in dementia. With a background in psychology and research, she has experience in neurodegenerative diseases, cognition, and supporting vulnerable populations.
