Susan works in maternal health research and resource development with the Maternal Health and Maternal Morbidity in Ireland study. She completed her PhD Thesis on women's mental health and resilience in the perinatal period and early motherhood.

With an MSc in Child Development and Education from the University of Amsterdam, Shiv is developing a communication dashboard to support new parents and healthcare providers, with a focus on policy integration.
