Hi everyone,

My name is James Delaney. I am very interested in technology and am happy to commence the Digi-id Citizen Advisory Panel.

I currently use an i-pad and a smart phone. I am familiar with whatsApp and email. I use my ipad to do all my Zoom and Teams meetings. I use my day service computer to do some writing (POMS) CV and have my own folders here, which I can access myself as I need. I am also familiar with usb and how my data can be transferred and kept safe.

I am currently involved with a group called IRN we have a steering group meeting each month to plan the agenda for the bigger monthly meeting. I am also doing a customer service course, leadership, which is ongoing focused education and which is on Zoom each week. I have been in weekly contact with my day service on Zoom since the lockdown and recently I have returned for three days per week as all people here have had their first Vaccine.
