Christina Burke

I am from Ballinalsoe and now live independently in Galway City. I have been involved in self-advocacy for many years and have a lot of experience in standing up for my rights and the rights of others. I am an elected member of the National Platform of Self-Advocates. I am a member of the Anti-Bullying Group in DUC and the Secretary of the National Platform of Self-Advocates. I am a member of the Galway Advocacy Council and National Policy Action Group with the Brothers of Charity Services. I am the elected spokesperson for the Inclusive Research Network group. I have been very busy in the last year doing my advocacy work using technology and am delighted to be involved in this group.
