E Tannam book launchThe publication of Etain Tannams’ book British-Irish Relations in the Twenty-First Century (Oxford, OUP) was marked by two events in March: A seminar, 'British-Irish Relations: challenges and opportunities’ in the Trinity Long Room Hub for Humanities on 3 March. Participants included Dr Tannam, Peter Hennessy, Irish Times, Sonya Hyland, Department of Foreign Affairs, Rory Montgomery, former Ambassador, and  Prof Mary C. Murphy, Boston College. Thanks to Dr Gillian Wylie, Head of School , for introducing the event and to the Long Room Hub for hosting.

On March 10, the book was launched by Prof Brendan O’Leary, University of Philadelphia, in the Royal Irish Academy, followed by a reception hosted by ARINS, (a Notre-Dame-RIA initiative).
