On 9th October, we were delighted to welcome the Dean of FAHSS, Professor Carmel O’Sullivan, and members of the Faculty team for their first ever visit to our Belfast campus. The Dean and her team met with staff and toured the facilities. This was followed by a session with the MPhil in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation class to learn more about the course, the important work students are doing, and to hear about student life in Belfast.
Dr Gillian Wylie, Head of School said she was ‘delighted that the Dean and colleagues from the Faculty Office made the trip to visit our staff and students in Belfast. Our Provost always puts our Belfast site on her maps of Trinity, but I still meet lots of people who are surprised that Trinity has a cross-border presence through our Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation programme. The Dean and her team's enthusiasm and interest in our presence there made everyone's day’.
