The article, titled “Delivering on the Promise of the Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments in the EU AI Act: Intersectionality and Vulnerability”, appears in the European Journal of Law and Technology and is available open access. The paper examines how Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (FRIAs) in the EU AI Act can protect human rights, viewed through the lenses of intersectionality and vulnerability.
