Membership
The Audit Committee comprises both external members and internal members of staff and is structured to achieve an appropriate balance of recent and relevant experience taking account of the full range of the Committee’s activities.
The Audit Committee is chaired by an external member. The Internal Auditor is Secretary to the Committee. The Internal Auditor, Provost, Bursar, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer or any other University employee attend meetings of the Audit Committee by invitation. External Auditors are invited for specific items of business.
