Risk and Compliance Committee Membership

In accordance with the Terms of Reference, the Committee will comprise no less than 15 members as follows:

1. A Chairperson: Professor Mark Cunningham
2. If the Chairperson is not a member of Board, then a member of Board shall be appointed as an ordinary member: N/A
3. The College Secretary (who shall be secretary to the committee): Victoria Butler
4. The College Solicitor: Sinead MacBride
5. The Head of Safety: Dr Katharine Murray
6. The Chair of Coiste na Gaeilge: Prof Noel Ó Murchadha
7. The Chief Operating Officer or their nominee: Noel Gorman
8. The Chief Risk Officer: Vacant
9. A Faculty Dean or their nominee: Prof Mark Little
10. The Academic Secretary: Patricia Maguire
11. One undergraduate and one postgraduate student: Ella MacLennan O’Neill, Sudharshan Anand Saraswati
12. No fewer than one and no more than two external members: Alastair Blair, Gavin Woods
13. Three members of University staff of whom at least one shall be an academic member and at least one a member of the Professional, Technical, Administrative and Support Staff: Dr Linda Kiernan Knowles, James Harty, Darren Scott.
