Scótt Russell Dúncan, a Xicano writer, edited the first Xicano sci-fi anthology, El Porvenir, ¡Ya!: Citlalzazanilli Mexicatl and is creator and editor of the Xicanxfuturism: Gritos for Tomorrow Codices I & II. He is director of Palabras del Pueblo writing workshop and co-creator of Maíz Poppin' Press.
Colton ‘Cuca’ Campbell is a PhD student in the Chicana/o Studies Department at the University of New Mexico. His work is a mix of cultural history, fiction, and art, focusing on ecology, surveillance, and the critical mysteries of the U.S.- Mexico borderlands.
