EQUIPS are holding a free online event: Getting started with funding for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety research and innovation.
‘How do you fund research and innovation for quality improvement and patient safety?’ Find out at this interactive webinar, in collaboration with the Research Development Office in Trinity College Dublin.
The event aims to provide information on funding options available to researchers and healthcare staff in the EQUIPS Network and discuss how patient partners can get involved. There will be speakers from TCD RDO, UCD, HSE Spark and PPI Ignite at TCD. There is sure to be something for everyone, from beginner to expert!
After the speakers, there will be opportunities to discuss key opportunities and challenges for funding!
The event takes place on 24th September from 1pm to 3pm, with presentations followed by networking discussions.
About EQUIPS - Evidence-based Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Network.
EQUIPS is a network of researchers, healthcare professionals, patients and public who are working together to enhance the patient safety and quality research they do in Ireland.
EQUIPS have also recently launched a new website, www.equips.ie with more information about the network and an 'opportunities noticeboard' to advertise opportunities to collaborate on healthcare quality improvement and patient safety research projects.
EQUIPS is based in the School of Psychology, Trinity College Dublin, and is co-funded by the HSE and HRB.
