Implementation
- The Procedures for Trademark Usage must be adhered to by all of the College community and suppliers of Trinity branded goods.
- All Trinity branded goods must be purchased from a Trinity College Dublin licensee.
- Licensees must pay a royalty on wholesale revenues derived from Trinity branded goods.
- Licensees must pay an annual advance which will be deducted from the quarterly royalty payments.
- Trinity College Dublin has an exclusive licensee for leisurewear clothing, Fashionflo Ltd.
- A pilot master licensee programme for non clothing branded goods is in operation.
- Selected retail outlets must be authorised by the Secretary’s Office to sell the official merchandise.
