Research Profile:

Nicole Wood completed her Bachelors of Biomedical Science at the University of Adelaide after which she worked for 10 years in Australia in the field of Liver immunology before moving to Maynooth University. She has recently joined Prof. Aideen Long’s group at TTMI as a member of the COVID-19 BioBanking Resource team.

COVID-19 Project:

Nicole is the lead technician managing the STAR bioresource COVID biorepository and works closely with researchers in the COVID-19 Immunology research hub providing clinical samples.
