Strategic Plan 2025-2030: Staff Consultation

As we set our sights on the next five years, enhancing our profile as a leading university at a global level remains paramount. Trinity possesses unique strengths that should inform our strategic planning process as we navigate increasingly challenging domestic and international higher education landscapes with limited funding. In shaping the upcoming strategic plan, your insights and considerations are hugely valuable. It would be fantastic if you would engage with the process at this point by considering and answering the questions below. Please focus on one item that you believe will have a significant impact. We invite you to share your answers to these questions in this facilitated staff forum. The event will be opened by the Vice Provost/Chief Academic Officer and will be independently facilitated. It is an opportunity to share your views and listen to the views of others. With the answers to these questions, we are hoping to get a sense of what you believe the essence of Trinity should be and what will make us the best we can be. 1.
