The Audit Committee is appointed by Board on
a 3 year basis. The current membership is:
- One Board Member (Professor John McGilp)
- One Member of College Staff (Professor Joseph Barry)
- One former Senior Annual Officer (Professor John O'Hagan)
- External Member (Ms Julie O'Neill) - Chair
- External Member (Mr Pat O'Reilly)
- External Member (Mr John Cunningham)
The Internal Auditor, the Provost, the Bursar, College Secretary,
Treasurer or any other College employee attend meetings of the Audit
Committee by invitation.
External Auditors are invited for specific items of business.
