The workshop covers SEM and LA-ICP-MS instrumentation and techniques used in iCRAG LAB@TCD. It is targeted at current and future users of the labs and at PIs to give an overview of the available instrumentation and its capabilities and limitations to answer your research questions. One main focus will be on practical aspects such as sample preparation and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient performance of analyses at the highest possible quality.
The workshop will mainly be lecture hall based, but for those of you who are interested, we have also planned lab visits in small groups before and after the session. More details can be found here.
