• The TCPHI was a finalist with our linked hospital St. James (Dublin) in the 2014 Irish Healthcare awards in the category for Large/Teaching Hospital Department Initiative of the Year.
• UK’s Quality in Care (QIC): Oncology award (2013) Dr Orla Dempsey with Ms Catherine O’Brien from St James Hospital Dublin with their work entitled ‘A Febrile Neutropenia Risk Assessment Tool’ were shortlisted to within the top four projects from a group of 22 and received a ‘Highly Commended award.
