For human imaging, we have a state-of-the-art Siemens PRISMA 3T MRI.

For pre-clinical imaging, we have a well specified Bruker 7T MRI.

Much of the imaging at TCIN is functional MRI, in which images or sounds are presented to the participant in the scanner, often along with a task. We then examine the brain regions recruited by the task, how they are connected, and the neural codes they contain. TCIN is well equipped for this.
