The TCPID announce a new collaboration with John Sisk & Son.

The Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities is very proud to announce a new collaboration with John Sisk & Son.

Sisk is an innovative, international, construction and engineering business with a long-term vision, employing over 2,000 people across Ireland, the United Kingdom and mainland Europe. Founded 165 years ago, this year, Sisk has always placed huge emphasis on delivering projects that enhance communities and supporting young people in their career with training and personal development.

Sean Fitzpatrick, HR Director, John Sisk & Son said, "We are delighted to collaborate with the Trinity Centre for People with an Intellectual Disability and we look forward to collaborating with TCPID on this important programme. Our purpose as a business is to create places for future generations. We take inspiration from our founder John Sisk, who was driven by a keen sense of public service through the early projects that were delivered by the business - schools, libraries, churches etc. Throughout our history, we have created legacies within the communities where we work and we want to continue to have a positive impact on future generations to come.”

Marie Devitt, Pathways Coordinator of the TCPID added, “We are very proud of this new partnership with John Sisk & Son. This collaboration will offer our students and graduates the opportunity to learn about, and experience a new type of industry. The collaboration with Sisk will create new and exciting opportunities for the TCPID and will have a hugely positive impact on everyone involved. We are really looking forward to working with the team in Sisk over the coming years and are already looking forward to bringing our students out to do a workshop with Sisk in May.
