Irish Network for Biomarkers in Neurodegeneration Symposium

IN-BIND symposium, 6th June, 2014, University College Cork, Ireland

The Irish Network for Biomarkers in Neurodegeneration (IN-BIND) are hosting a one-day meeting in University College Cork (UCC) on Friday, June 6th, 2014.

This meeting is aimed at strengthening research collaborations both within and outside Ireland. We also hope to raise awareness of IN-BIND’s mission to foster a collaborative translational research culture in Ireland, where clinicians and scientists who are collecting biosamples from patients with neurodegenerative diseases, can share their resources to maximise research findings.

The program for the day, includes guest speakers from national and international institutions. We are fortunate to have presentations spanning a broad range of disciplines: from academic, clinical, industry, charity and government funding organisations. We therefore anticipate an interesting days events, which we hope will lead to productive collaborations in the future.

Please contact Dr. Barry Boland (Event Organiser) at barry.boland@ucc.ie or Dr. Anne-Marie Miller at milleram@tcd.ie for further details
