“Die Großschreibung im Deutschen soll abgeschafft werden"

For the 19th time now, the German Colours Debate between Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and University College Dublin (UCD) will take place on 23. February, the last Tuesday of the month. This year's motion is: Die Großschreibung im Deutschen soll abgeschafft werden. TCD as the host is inviting to this year's debate contest in the Debating Chamber of the Graduates' Memorial Building starting at 7pm. After an opening speech by Peter Adams, First Secretary of the German Embassy, the two teams will argue for and against the motion. Following the award ceremony, a reception will be held.
