16:00-17:15: As part of the Early Modern History Seminar Series, this event will begin with a roundtable discussion/Q&A with members of the editorial team for 'The Letters, Writings, and Speeches of Oliver Cromwell' (OUP): Professor John Morrill (University of Cambridge); Professor Micheál Ó Siochrú (TCD); Dr Patrick Little (History of Parliament Trust); Dr Elaine Murphy (University of Plymouth). It will take place in the Neil Lecture Theatre in the Trinity Long Room Hub.
17:30-18:15: British Ambassador to Ireland (Paul Johnston) and Fintan O’Toole (Irish Times) will then join us for the official launch of 'The Letters, Writings, and Speeches of Oliver Cromwell' (OUP)
