About the venue

Directly accessed from  Front Square, The Public Theatre was designed by George 111’s Architect Sir William Chambers and completed in 1786. An impressive light-filled interior with high ceilings, The Hall houses a magnificent organ. Perfect for a variety of events, including private receptions, talks, seminars and concerts.
