The Book of Kells Creative Competition

The Book of Kells creative competition has been hugely successful in inspiring those both at home and abroad to reimagine Ireland's most famous manuscript. Trinity has received artistic interpretations of the book from all corners of the globe, including Europe, the UK, the US, and Australia, which is a testament to the Book of Kells' enduring appeal. This year, contestants are invited to share art and writing that evokes the theme of 'colours in the Book of Kells’. Winners will be honoured at the annual Book of Kells Creative Competition awards ceremony held in Trinity, and will also receive a VIP trip to the Book of Kells and Old Library exhibition.
