Symposium on Francophone African Voices in Ireland

An in-person symposium featuring Prof Mary Gallagher (University College Dublin) organised by the School of Literatures, Languages and Cultural Studies in partnership with The Embassy of France in Ireland.
A day-long symposium featuring scholars from around Ireland, discussing through papers and a roundtable new developments in research and teaching on Francophone Africa, as well as the deepening co-operation between the region and Ireland. The keynote speaker is Prof. Mary Gallagher (UCD), while Prof. Roger Little (TCD) will launch the new French Departmental Francophone African research network. The event is being held in partnership with the Embassy of France in Ireland.
