Report Launch: Befriendee and Befriender Experiences of the Spirasi Befriending Programme

A report launch for "‘Anytime I need her she’s there with good ideas, she’s always there to listen to me’: Befriendee and befriender experiences of the Spirasi befriending programme for survivors of torture in Ireland." This event will launch the report of the collaborative research conducted by Dr Rachel Hoare (Department of French) with Spirasi, the National Centre for Survivors of Torture, funded by an Irish Research Council New Foundations Award. The research comprised focus groups and a portrait workshop.
