This symposium has been postponed to the coming academic term in light of the evolving situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus).




A symposium to mark the contribution of Dr Yvonne Scott (FTCD) to Irish visual culture, organised by the Department of the History of Art and Architecture and The Irish Art Research Centre.

As part of its Shadows and Lights: Women and Irish Visual Culture series, the Department of the History of Art and Architecture and The Irish Art Research Centre are delighted to host 'perspectives' - a symposium to mark the contribution of Dr Yvonne Scott (FTCD) to Irish visual culture.

Speakers will include; Christine Casey, Peter Cherry, Angela Griffith, Livia Hurley, Catherine Lawless, Catherine Marshall, Philip McEvansoneya, Edward McParland, Ellen Rowley, Ruth Sheehy, Roger Stally and a keynote address will be delivered by Yvonne Scott.
