Irish National Opera: Creating a New Path for Opera in Ireland

A talk by Fergus Sheil organised by the Music Composition Centre and the School of Creative Arts, in collaboration with the Irish National Opera.

In this public talk, Fergus Sheil, conductor and Artistic Director and founder of the Irish National Opera, will speak about the foundation of INO and its first two years of activity. Sheil will give an insight into INO's artistic choices to reposition opera in the Irish landscape and the international opera scene.
