Sustainability and Trinity

Trinity has been driving sustainability initiatives on campus for over 25 years, and will be signing the ISCN charter (International Sustainability Campus Network) during Green Week, Feb 12th - 16th.
Join Michele Hallahan for a brief overview of climate change, and a look into the various initiatives that Trinity has taken and is undertaking to reduce the campus environmental footprint.
Michele Hallahan, LEED AP, has worked in the environmental management and strategic sustainability for over twenty years both in the United States and in Europe. She is currently the Sustainability Advisor to the Office of the Provost at Trinity College, Dublin. She co-wrote ‘Source – a Sustainable Guide to Holistic Living in Ireland’ and is an educator, trainer and public speaker
About Trinity Green Week
Trinity holds an annual environmentally themed ‘Green Week’ with a multitude of environmental activities, gatherings and events, to stimulate the mind and engage the soul in creating better world citizens at Trinity.
Trinity has the longest running College Green Week in Ireland and promotes environmental stewardship to all of Trinity’s stakeholders.
