Bianca Battilocchi

Bianca is a PhD student in the School of Languages, Literatures and Cultural Studies. Through her research, she seeks to demonstrate how the work of Emilio Villla - and his idea of art - remains current and full of potential to this day.

All but left out of important anthologies and academic studies, in the last decade Villa's work has increasingly become the topic of interesting discussions, appealing to a wider audience both in Italy and further afield.
