Rüdiger Görner reads from his literary works
Rüdiger Görner, Fellow of the Deutsche Akademie für Sprache und Dichtung, who was awarded the Deutscher Sprachpreis in 2012, will give a reading from his literary works, poetry and prose. Born in 1957 he has lived in London since 1981 as a writer, academic, and literary critic. He is the founder of the Ingeborg Bachmann Centre for Austrian Literature and the Founding Director of the Centre for Anglo-German Cultural Relations at Queen Mary University of London where he holds the Centenary Professorship in German with Comparative Literature.
