Projects
- Title
- 'People-Centred' Healthcare Interface Management: A Cross-Settings Investigation of Users' and Providers' Experience of Service Delivery within the Cardiac Care Continuum in Ireland
- Summary
- The research investigates the management of healthcare interfaces within coronary care from a 'people-centred' standpoint. By tracking healthcare users' and providers' experiences of service delivery across care settings, the study aims to contribute towards 'evidence-based practice' by identifying appropriate organisational/management interventions that facilitate the implementation of a 'people-centred' healthcare system.
