Dr Anthony O'Connor commented, 'At Tallaght University Hospital there is a strong ethos of 'People Caring for People', and members of staff regularly engage with the general public on health education awareness. We value the Hospital's role as an engaged community actor. This event is a very important opportunity to put those values into action and increase awareness and knowledge of IBD. We have excellent contributors with specialist knowledge of many different aspect of the disease who will provide vital information on how to look after yourself, or anyone you know suffering from IBD. I look forward to welcoming everyone on the 4th of July.'
