Biography

@IrishResearch Fellow | Department of Mechanical, Manufacturing and Biomedical Engineering.

Research Interests: Decarbonization, Energy, Waste heat recovery, Two-phase Flow, Thermal Management, Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, Thermal spray coating, Microfluidics, Electrohydrodynamics, and Microgravity space science.

Current Project: "Two-phase microfluidic cooling and waste heat recovery for 3D integrated circuits."

My Fellowship is investigating a novel two-phase mechanically pumped radial evaporator for cooling high-performance 3D integrated circuits.
