Summary
This work developed a performance framework to support manufacturing companies in the innovation process management and improvement.
The framework has been developed and testing with three manufacturing companies in two countries, and has been shown to aid the companies in the diagnosis of their innovation capability, the identification of improvement opportunities and the development of action plans.
