On 1 July 2021 we say goodbye to our much-valued legacy Digital Collections repository. After over 10 years of loyal service this website is shutting down, but we are still making all our digitised content available – via our new Digital Collections platform.
What does this mean for you?
You can still use all of the digital content that you know – it is the same service for you, though you may have to update your bookmarks. All of the digitised research collections that you may have used in the past will still be available at Digital Collections.
Help and new features
To help you navigate and explore the new service there are some handy search tips and videos. The books and manuscripts you use will have a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) so that you can confidently cite items accurately and consistently from our repository for the long term. IIIF technology also allows you to see, use and share high resolution images. We will also be adding new digital collections over the coming years
This is all part of the continuing commitment of the Digital Collections team here at the Library of Trinity College to working hard to develop our services and safeguard all of our collections, analogue and digital. If you have any comments, questions or suggestions please contact the Digital Collections Team.
