Dear Mother This is quite the nicest place I have been at in Egypt. Great hills slope down to the sea all cut up with water courses and wherever there is soil flowers of all kinds.
I have gathered a few for a Doctor here who is enthusiastic but cant find things.
There is a gorgeous white broom on the cliff and I also got an orobranch a little iris about 2 inches high toad flares of 3 different kinds geraniums cudweeds & all sorts of nice things. I’m sure you would love it at this time of year I it is just hot enough to sketch
