[Jan 24th 1916] A visit to the club this evening and the meeting of old friends. Tuesday: Jan 25th: 1916; Peshawar I spent most of the morning collecting and disinfecting the kits of all the infectious contacts in the regiment. Remainder of day was occupied in completing medical arrangements. Club in the evening is an attraction after the quiet life in camp at Nagoman. Wednesday: Feb 23rd 1916: Peshawar For a month I make no entry in my journal. Our haste from Nagamon in obedience to to urgent orders has clamed into an uneventful waiting for instructions to move onward on our journey. The bustle of mobilization is over; my part of the business is ready;
