Email

As a staff member, you will have an official Trinity email account with Microsoft Office 365. The application used by Office 365 for viewing your email is called Outlook.

Your email address will be in the format of: username@tcd.ie.

You can access your email in different ways, including via:

• office.tcd.ie
• mail.tcd.ie
• the Outlook app

Calendar

With Outlook, you also get access to your calendar.

You can use your calendar to create appointments and events, schedule meetings, set up calendar sharing, access group calendars, and much more.

Outlook is also integrated with Microsoft Teams, so you can easily schedule and join online meetings with Outlook.
