Satisfaction Survey 2020: What staff & students said about Trinity IT Services
In January 2020, IT Services launched our sixth bi-annual Satisfaction Survey, with 3,096 students and staff responding to tell us what they thought.
IT Services aim to have a good understanding of what is important to the Trinity community regarding the services we provide. Our Satisfaction Survey plays a large part in this understanding and enables us to target improvements or changes directly to the areas that will have the greatest impact. It remains as important as ever that we evaluate the services that are most valued by the Trinity community and ensure that we meet your service expectations and requirements.
