IT Security and Data Protection Training

24 May 2021

In light of the recent cyber attacks in Ireland, it has become more important than ever to put up a strong defense against these types of attacks to protect our data and Trinity IT systems. We want to keep IT security high on your agenda, and with this in mind, we are organising IT Security and Data Protection training for Trinity staff on Thursday 27th May and Thursday 3rd June (repeat event) in collaboration with the Data Protection Office.

While we have comprehensive anti-virus scanning systems in place for detecting viruses and infected emails, we all need to remain vigilant and exercise extreme caution particularly around opening attachments and clicking on links in suspicious emails. We all have a role to play where IT security is concerned.
