VPN service: Software updates and maintenance

Please be advised that users will be prompted to upgrade their VPN (AnyConnect) software to a newer version when connecting to the service after 9am on Tuesday 25th May 2021.
In addition to this, there will be maintenance performed on the VPN software between 8-9am on Thursday 27th May 2021. No service downtime is expected but if you have issues with VPN after this period, please contact the IT Service Desk.
