RESOLVED: Some Collaborate Ultra users are receiving an error message when trying to connect to Ultra sessions

We have received reports today that some Collaborate Ultra users are receiving an error message when trying to connect to Ultra sessions. The Blackboard team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
