SITS upgrade and user downtime notice

Following the successful completion of the SITS upgrade the my.tcd.ie portal is now available for use again, as is SITS client to other key users.
Thank you for your understanding while this essential upgrade was carried out.

Please be aware that there will no access to the my.tcd.ie portal during the period from 16:00 Friday 18th June, through to the afternoon of Monday 21st June, 2021 to facilitate an essential IT Services infrastructure upgrade.
This will result in:
- Temporary suspension of progression (including progression-related reports), module assessment marks and grades entry in the student administration system for this period.
- UG/PG direct online applications process will be unavailable to applicants and assessors.
- As a precautionary measure, the data feeds that supply systems interfaced from SITS will be disabled for the upgrade period.
Notices will be placed on the my.tcd.ie portal, with an email to be sent on Monday, June 21st to confirm the resumption of SITS and my.tcd.ie portal access.
Any queries concerning this upgrade or issues relating to systems access following the completion of the upgrade should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
