RESOLVED: Reports of issues accessing Trinity email via Outlook and Outlook on the Web

Microsoft are reporting that this issue is now resolved.
First reported: Tuesday, 10th November, 2020, at 9.30am
Some staff have reported that they are having trouble accessing their Trinity email via Outlook and Outlook on the web.
This means that staff might be unable to send or receive email. Additionally, staff may be unable to complete searches when using SharePoint Online and may not be able to view their calendars via Teams.
Microsoft are investigating the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. Updates will be posted here.
