RESOLVED: Panopto Performance Degradation 1st Oct
Update from Panopto: The Panopto EU cloud is now operational. Our cloud operations team is monitoring performance metrics to ensure the issue is resolved.

We have received a notification from Panopto that users may experience degraded performance in integrations, processing, encoding, recording, uploading, search, video playback and website.
This issue may prevent Blackboard pages with Panopto content from loading properly.
Panopto's cloud operations team is currently investigating the issue, updates will be posted at http://trust.panopto.com/
