MyTrinityApps server upgrade - Summer 2021
The MyTrinityApps server upgrade has now been completed.
IT Services staff are continuing to customise and update minor components of the system. Please email email@example.com if you notice any issues.
IT Services will be upgrading the MyTrinityApps servers on Thursday 26th August 2021 between 9:00 and 13:00.
How does this impact me?
During the upgrade, the service will be offline for approximately 1 hour.
During this period, you will not be able to access the MyTrinityApps website or launch software directly from MyTrinityApps or via the Cloudpaging Player.
If you have previously directly downloaded software from MyTrinityApps and manually installed it on your computer, then you will not be affected by this upgrade. This would apply to software such as ArcGIS, SPSS Statistics installed on macOS.
Once the upgrade has completed, normal service will resume.
